We offer an exciting opportunity for an **Activation Associate** in JTI Italy within the Marketing Department.

The incumbent will work on the Information to Consumer activity developed all over Italy with external partner agencies; in addition will support other teams on _ad hoc_ _cross-functional_ projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define contents and communication strategy related to JTI brands for the ITC activity (Information To Consumers) in collaboration with brand managers.

- Suggest new and innovative ways of communication, looking for external best practices on the market and other businesses.

Monitor the activities of the competitor both on ITC and merchandising.

- Support in the definition of the panel of the PoS for the ITC activity in line with the commercial activities and together with the Sales function.

- Analysis, monitoring and reporting of the ITC programs.

Keeping contacts with the agencies to sharing best practices and improve KPIs.

- Support the Merchandising team on _ad hoc_ visibility projects.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree

- Fluent English

- 1/2 years of working experience in similar roles (preferably in FMCG companies)

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point and Excel), database knowledge is a plus
