The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an Activation Marketing analyst (M/F/*) for Dental market at 3M Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

- _ Generating demand, identifying opportunities and needs to leverage local key platforms for executing end-user communications_

- _ Implementing and activating programs, campaigns and new product launches ensuring regulatory and legal alignment according to local laws and business guidance_

- _ Influencing area teams providing insights of local market, product performances, competitive intelligence and trends_

- _ Managing local calendar for campaigns, events, promotional planning and implementation_

- _ Supporting sales, clinical and channel team, the demand planning process and the coordination with compliance, regulatory and legal functions. _

- _ Willing to collaborate internally with the local/area functions and in an international environment; externally with agencies, channel partners and customers. _

Your Skills and Expertise

- _ Bachelor's/Master's degree_

- _ 3+ years of experience in Marketing/Trade marketing roles, dental market background and understanding is considered a plus_

- _ Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking ability_

- _ Proficient in excel_

- _ Excellent collaboration, coordination and communication skills_

- _ Fluent in written and spoken English_

- _ Autonomy and proactivity_
