We are looking for an experienced professional in Active sourcing to drive the direct search activities within our Talent Acquisition team.

**What does the role involve?
**:
Additionally, you will manage the change of mindset from a "reactive" to a "proactive" approach within the Talent Acquisition team by sharing your competence and providing necessary training in active search.
You will report to the head of talent acquisition, work very closely with the HR management for strategical alignment and with the business managers to identify staffing needs.
Your main tasks:
Managing different levels of direct search
Train the Talent Acquisition team in direct research
Driving change from reactive to proactive search
Proactively interview managers of different departments to identify staffing needs.
Work closely with the first HR line in order to align recruitment process and make sure it is consistent with overall Strategy and Goals
Report on results obtained on different hiring initiatives

**What you need is**:
- University Degree in Psychology / Organizational Sciences, Economics or HR management
- 3+ years of proven professional experience in Head Hunting roles, ideally in an international environment
- Ability to understand the big picture and think strategically
- Ability to partner up and communicate at eye-level with stake holders from the business
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English, combined with good listening skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR systems, digital platforms (artificial intelligence) and LinkedIn
