Acute Care Franchise Manager
Job Description**:
Reporting to the Acute Care Marketing & Sales Director, the Acute Care Franchise Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans to achieve sales, market share and strategic objectives & priorities for the Acute care portfolio managing the approved expenses budget.
Position is based in Rome.
Regular travel (mainly national) required (25% of time).
**Areas of Responsibility
- Development, communication and execution of antibiotic and hematology commercial strategy while executing based on company strategic priorities
- Expanding Prevymis by launching new indications
- Expanding acute care portfolio by launching Lagevrio
- People management responsibilities for the Marketing team
- Leading cross-functional Commercial Team and coordinating the development of high quality, integrated cross-functional launch and brand plans with particular regards to Medical, Access and P&C departments
- Gaining and leveraging best-in-industry, actionable customer insights
- Assessing risks, tradeoffs and uncertainties and developing contingency plans where warranted
- Lead the development of forecasting process (sales and costs) for the products assigned in collaboration with the Finance team and Demand Planning team.
- Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key customers
- Fostering innovation & discipline to ensure excellence in execution
- Representing Italy at internal regional and global meetings and external medical congresses
- Networking with GHH counterparts ensuring the Italian view point is considered and best practices gets officially acknowledged.
**Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or other master preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in antibiotics or hematology filed represents a priority criteria
- Experience in marketing with product launch execution is mandatory
- Experience in Sales, Market Access, or Medical Affairs will be considered a plus
- Experience in cross functional team collaboration/management
- Demonstrated track record of performance excellence in achieving targets and objectives
- Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
