**Responsibilities
- Identify and assess relevant data partners and solutions in the market, guiding clients and interna;
l teams through evaluations and onboarding;
- You will take our solutions to clients, and work with the client leads, and specialists leads on winning and delivering new business;
- Track technical aspects of ad performance to analyze & recommend ad-related product optimizations;
- Leads Ad Tech stack integrations (DSP, DMP, SSP, ad servers, site analytics) across all brands and properties;
- Acts as the primary point of contact for project issues and/or troubleshooting regarding Ad Tech platform integrations;
- Design and implement Ad Tech improvement plans with Product, Ad Operations teams, and third-party vendors;
- Supports contract negotiation with Ad Tech vendors and trains internal teams on new Ad Tech capabilities;
- Use data analysis to address problems and find solutions that often involve multiple stakeholder teams and span across departments.

PMX is looking for a AD tech Lead for its Milan offices. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce & Martech, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless execution of programmatic campaigns and initiatives, managing Ad Tech stack and platform architecture definition, execution, evolution, and new features.
**Your Profile
If in your past experience:
- Appropriate years of experience (8+) in product management, digital media operations or as a programmatic lead;
- Extensive knowledge of digital media landscape and AdTech (e. g. Identity resolution, DSPs, programmatic media, premium digital video, performance advertising, adops, adserver solutions. . );
- Experience building and deploying GTM strategies, with an emphasis on packaging, positioning and messaging;
- Experience dealing with results, metrics and data management and a desire to create and build new processes;
- Knowledge of Cloud Based Solutions: Google Cloud Platforms, Amazon Web Services is considered a plus;
- Demonstrated success in building and managing complex business processes across multiple internal teams in a high-growth environment;
- Possess analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analysis
