What to Expect

What You'll Do

- Effectively manage and direct resources to fulfill dynamic and time-critical testing requirements and requests.

- Assist in maintaining a rigorous system of recruitment, training, and continuous improvement across all assigned areas.

- Ensure that all personnels are properly equipped to execute tests, working with crossfunctional teams as needed to maximize throughput.

- Dispatch and monitor active test vehicle fleet, minimize operational downtime.

- Frequently participates in active test executions and remain hands-on.

- Ensure quality data delivery to be on-schedule, including supporting ad-hoc requests and special operational requests.

- Maintain open and constant communication with direct reports, and quickly escalate any roadblocks.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience in related fields, particularly vehicle/computer engineering, business administration, or similar.

- Minimum 2 years of in-vehicle testing experience

- Familiarity with and a working understanding of ADAS technology, including sensors, onboard hardware/firmware.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to take initiatives

- Command line interface experience is beneficial, as is comfort and familiarity with vehicle-interface technology.

- Familiarity/experience with basic vehicle diagnostic tools,

- Unwavering commitment to safety and security, maintaining a high standard for all the work performed within the supervisor's operational domain.

- Excellent communication skills, plus excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
