Italdesign is looking for a dynamic and assertive Project Team Leader because is expanding its engineering activities in the field of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

Within the international ADAS team you will work on series function development of next generation ADAS Level 1-3 systems like ACC, LKA, Highway-Pilot, Parking-Assist, Garage-Pilot or ADAS HMI functions to be integrated in a new domain-based E/E architecture of a new Premium BEV-Platform.

**Responsibilities

End-to-end responsibility for the assigned ADAS System (active safety, driving, parking) to reach the project goals;- Operative project management, coordination and tracking of all projects related business units like purchasing, production, sales, quality to guarantee the achievement of the technological, quality, timing, and cost targets;- Creation, tracking and consolidation of business cases;- Tracking and reporting the defined Project milestones (PEP-MS) according to the project maturity management process;- Tracking and reporting the defined Project milestones (PEP-MS) according to the project maturity management process;- Coordination of all project-related topics, communication of project inputs and targets to the development department and reporting to project steering departments;- Definition of jobsplits within different parties including join ventures;- Escalation of system related topics in case of problems/conflicts/target not reachable to project steering, other brands other companies, join ventures;- Ensuring execution and observation of technical processes for the development of the system;- Responsibility, control and approval of budget within the approved framework;- System release recommendation according to the respective process standard.

**Requirements**:

**Key requirements

Experience in automotive ADAS field, function and/or component development- Experience in series development- At least 3 years of experience in team coordination and/or project management**Preferential requirements

- Good problem-solving skills- Able to manage complicated situations and to work under pressure- Take on responsibility, working independently being able to share achievements with the team- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks**Other Informations**:
