Feel welcome to the land of aesthetes and start discovering the blue legend of Capri!The resource, in agreement and under the supervision of the Manager, deals with:Manage bar and restaurant reservations from external and in-house guests, both by phone and e-mail. Entering, editing and tracking reservations through our dedicated management program. Telephone follow-up calls to customers. Qualifications in the hotel/tourism/linguistic sector:• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is appreciated. • Good knowledge and use of the main IT tools. • Experience of at least 1-2 years in the role in hotels or restaurants with high standards of service. The profile is completed by customer orientation, organizational skills, communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills. • Fixed-term contract from April 2025 to November 2025. • CCNL Tourism. • Availability on shifts (from Monday to Sunday). • Accommodation provided.
