DATA PROCESSING METHODS AND RETENTION PERIODS Data processing may occur through paper, digital, and telematic means.

Data will be retained for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact.

WHO CAN PROCESS THE DATA Data may be processed by:

HR personnel of HUMAN COMPANY; Management personnel involved in the candidate profile; External consultants engaged in selection activities.

DATA COMMUNICATION Data may be communicated to:

Entities connected to HUMAN COMPANY for selection purposes; Consultants engaged in verification and selection activities.

DATA TRANSFER ABROAD Data may be transferred only to countries where the job location is within the European Union.

DATA DIFFUSION Data will not be disseminated.

DATA COMMUNICATION AND UPDATING Communication and updating of data are optional, but failure to provide data may hinder participation in selection processes.
