**Key Responsibilities**:

A titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo:

- Informazione Prodotti/Polizze e modalità denuncia Sinistro

- Gestione deroghe, storni, appendici

- Supporto accesso siti di vendita/help desk portali vendita e clienti

- Informazioni sui pagamenti

- Gestione relazione con rete agenziale

- Gestione insoddisfazioni clienti / supporto Reclami

- Gestione chiamate Close the Loop e support CX

- Supporto training esterno/interno Partner/TMKT

- Controllo portale postalizzazione ed invio certificati di polizza

- Elaborazione strategie caring e retention clienti

- Supporto attività di client profiling, market analysis, benchmarking, etc

- Richieste di cancellazione e ripensamento
