Job Purpose: The primary goal for a CSR is to provide an excellent customer service experience.

This includes offering the customer a pleasant experience, welcoming them, and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities: Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.

Document customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications: Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian.

Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
