Responsibilities: Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers. Document customer interactions and feedback. Qualifications: Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
