DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Demand & Order Management
Support to the Line manager for the maintenance of the forecast data into the operating system.
**Customer Service & Order Management
Job Holder is responsible for the daily communication with customers in order to provide them with update on order executions, issues, and discuss any request they may have.
All the customer needs are filtered and discuss with the relevant part of the internal organization.
Assist the line manager and the sales force in the sales activity to ensure a correct flow of information is available prior to receive and execute orders.
Provide assistance to the customers for all the needs related to complaints and or queries related to the product, and maintain and adequate working relationship with the QA department for the management of all these exceptions.
Ensure the order management process is completed within appropriate timeline and in respect to the internal standard procedure, as well as customer procedures in place.
Support to the line manager, for the measurement of the service level, in line with Company standards and provide feedback of this result to the people involved.
**Filing
Incumbent is responsible to ensure the orders to be executed, and the orders completed are properly filed following the existing procedures.
**Logistics & Distribution
Maintain necessary relationship with internal logistics and external partners ( warehouses or freight providers) in order to ensure the order management process is successful and in line with customer expectation and our objectives.
**Customer Master - Pricing list - Promotions
The incumbent is in charge for the maintenance and development of item masters as well as price list.
For this role he/she will need to acquire relevant information from the various sources, ensure these information are correct and approved and set them up in the system, directly, or by support of THS team.
**SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:
It would be preferable for the Job Holder to be familiar with:
- BPCS
- SAP
- People relationship capability
He must have a good knowledge of the English/French spoken and written.
A general knowledge of customer relationship management and office skills is required.
