Job Description:Reporting to the Maître, the role involves:

Taking care of the table's mise-en-place and service. Participating in the work and responsibilities of the hall team. Recording the orders and paying attention to the details. Chateau Monfort brings the spaces of a fairy tale to the heart of Milan.

Working in Chateau Monfort means joining the Relais & Châteaux family where each resource is valued in its uniqueness.

Fixed-term contract of 12 months (immediately), with the possibility of extensions and/or hiring.

CCNL Tourism, with remuneration commensurate with the actual experience of the chosen resource.

Full-time availability on shifts (lunch/dinner) from Monday to Sunday with two days of rest.

Accommodation is NOT provided.

Minimum Requirements:Experience in a 5-star hotel for the desired task. Excellent knowledge and ability to maintain customer service standards. Excellent knowledge of English and Italian. Passion, enthusiasm, and customer orientation. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
