Responsibilities Perform activities related to travel agency such as booking flights, ferries, and creating packages; Provide informationand assistance to customers on how to use the service during various stages of the customer journey (before, during, and after the trip); Sale and issuance of travel tickets; Collect written requests and reports from users for forwarding to the designated offices; Account for collections according to established periodicity; Maintain and monitor the database of lost items. Requirements High school diploma; Knowledge of English; Knowledge of French;Familiarity with handling cash. What We Offer Fixed-term contract for the winter season (from December 2024 to April 2025).
