Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Addetto Controllo Notturno per garantire la sicurezza e l'efficienza delle operazioni durante il turno notturno.

La figura si occuperà di supervisionare l'attività notturna, gestire la clientela e affrontare eventuali situazioni impreviste con professionalità.

Responsabilità Principali

Monitoraggio delle attività notturne per assicurare un ambiente sicuro e tranquillo. Assistenza alla clientela durante il turno notturno, rispondendo a richieste e risolvendo eventuali problematiche. Supporto nelle attività operative e gestionali del turno di notte.

Requisiti Richiesti

Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano e inglese, preferibilmente anche del tedesco; una quarta lingua sarà considerata un plus. Predisposizione a un lavoro dinamico, con capacità di mantenere la calma e reagire rapidamente in situazioni impreviste. Buone capacità relazionali per gestire la clientela e lavorare in team. Atteggiamento positivo e proattivo, con desiderio di imparare e crescere nel ruolo. Patente di guida, necessaria per eventuali spostamenti lavorativi. Apertura a candidati anche senza esperienza, purché motivati a imparare.

Wir suchen einen Nachtwächter (m/w), der die Sicherheit und Effizienz des Betriebs während der Nachtschicht gewährleistet.

Er/Sie ist verantwortlich für die Überwachung des Nachtbetriebs, die Betreuung der Kunden und den professionellen Umgang mit unvorhergesehenen Situationen.

Hauptaufgaben

Überwachung des Nachtbetriebs, um eine sichere und ruhige Umgebung zu gewährleisten. Betreuung der Kunden während der Nachtschicht, Beantwortung von Fragen und Lösung von Problemen. Unterstützung bei operativen und administrativen Tätigkeiten der Nachtschicht.

Anforderungen

fließende Beherrschung der italienischen und englischen Sprache, vorzugsweise auch der deutschen; eine vierte Sprache ist von Vorteil. Bereitschaft zu dynamischem Arbeiten mit der Fähigkeit, in unvorhergesehenen Situationen ruhig zu bleiben und schnell zu reagieren. gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten für den Umgang mit Kunden und die Arbeit im Team. Positive und proaktive Einstellung mit dem Wunsch, zu lernen und in der Rolle zu wachsen. Führerschein für Dienstreisen. Offenheit gegenüber Bewerbern ohne Berufserfahrung, vorausgesetzt, sie sind motiviert zu lernen.
