ROCCO FORTE HOTELSITALIAN REGIONAL OFFICESLocation: RomePosition: RESERVATION AGENTMain purpose:The Reservation Agent provides booking and reservation services to our Guests, working with them over the phone, in person, or via email, and strives to provide the best service. Reports to: Regional Reservation Manager. Main duties responsibilities:Manage individual bookings for the Rocco Forte Hotels in Italy, according to company policies and procedures. Effectively use upselling and cross-selling techniques. Use appropriate product and experience description techniques. Follow up with written email offers and confirmations according to our standards. Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues. We offer:Fixed-term contract (6 months) according to C. C. N. L.

Perform tasks with integrity. Technical Skills: Demonstrate technical competence and knowledge related to the role. Other requirements:Previous experience as Reservations or Front Office Agent in hotels or tour operators. Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.

A third language is a plus. Excellent communication skills with high-end clientele and good selling skills. Previous experience with hotel reservations software Opera.
