Intellectual Property SpecialistResponsibilitiesThe company's intellectual property, consisting of inventions, innovations, know-how, trademarks, and more, represents a very valuable asset that must be monitored, enhanced, and defended appropriately. The candidate will be placed in the IP Department, in close contact with the Research and Development department, and will report directly to the Head of Intellectual Property Protection. He/she will have the opportunity to deal with a multidisciplinary context ranging from mechanics, electronics, and optics to the newest technologies such as artificial intelligence and e-mobility. Main Responsibilities Will IncludeAnalysis of the company's new technical solutions to assess their patentability;Prior art searches and freedom to operate (FTO) analyses;Contribution to the preparation of patent applications in Italy and abroad with subsequent management of examination procedures. ProfileSTEM degree, ideally in electronic or electrical engineering;Good knowledge of the English language;Excellent analytical, synthesis, and dialectical skills;Deep interest in recently developed technological fields such as electric mobility, accumulators, and artificial intelligence. In addition, knowledge of other languages (German and/or Chinese) and previous experience, even minimal, in the field of intellectual property will be appreciated.
