Purpose of the position:The candidate will join, within the TAX function, the Administrative Management of Intercompany Relations dept. , with specific focus on support for Technical Assistance costs analysis and back charge to Saipem subsidiaries. Activities:Provide support in the monthly analysis of the costs incurred by Saipem Spa for the technical assistance services provided to a specific list of Saipem subsidiaries;Prepare requests to be addressed to the Accounting Department for the reallocation of the costs wrongly booked on the intercompany job numbers;Respond to queries received from the subsidiaries and/or other Saipem Spa functions/departments regarding intercompany issues;Prepare Intercompany invoicing requests to be addressed to the Clients Dep.

through SAP Intercompany Module and/or internal communications;Calculate quarterly intercompany accruals and prepare the supporting documentation. Qualifications:Bachelor or Master degree in EconomicsKnowledge of English language: ProficiencyYears of experience: Entry levelIT Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office suiteSoft Skills:Able to work under pressure, with tight deadlinesAbility to work autonomously and in a team environmentPriority is given to the inclusion of protected categories.
