Gestione Logistica Territoriale e di Sede is responsable, also making use of external outsourcers, for the maintenance, management and supply activities constant over time and homogeneous throughout the territory, the physical structures of the Bank (Headquarters) and related to all services, as well as the coordination of logístical interventions at the territorial logistics structures in support of the Gestione Tecnica Strutture Logistiche.

- Support the management activities, whether technical or procedural, of the maintenance required by the territorial units

- Support the management of interventions at the maintenance or physical level, at the Milan campus (offices or merged operating points)

- Support the territorial logistic developments, and related activities, assigned to the unit on a territorial basis or on the basis of the operational load of the Technical Management Unit of Logistic Structures

- Support the activities related to the segment of procurement to the operating points both on an administrative and organizational level

- Support the postal and shipping office sector at the Milan office

Must have:

- Advanced level in the use of the Office pack (Excel and Power Point)

- Experience in contacting with external suppliers

Nice to have:

- Advanced level in the use of Autocad
