**ROLE & TEAM
We are currently looking for an** Administrative & Accounting Specialist (f/m/x) **who is going to join our AFC team in Milan, mainly carrying over administrative activities for italian business units and subsidiaries.
**As an Admin & Accounting Specialist, your core activities will include**:
- Registration of active and passive rental contracts at Agenzia delle Entrate
- Management of automatic waste recording and verification procedures
- Updating company systems with information relating to contract registration (e. g. receipts, refunds, etc. )
- Management of daily relationships with the local units of Agenzia delle Entrate, to support the manager
- Management of the TARI (openings, closures, modifications) mainly at the Municipality of Milan but, if necessary, with other Municipalities
- Management of daily relations with the Municipalities
- Accounting entries and reconciliations of the income and balance sheet relating to taxes paid/to be paid
- Reporting to the manager to highlight activities carried out and status of the area
- Management of requests for further information and support from other company functions
- IT development support for systems development
**What you'll need to be successful in this role
- At least 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- You have experience with ERPs such as Dynamics365 or NetSuite.
- You preferably have experience with Docfinance.
