In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees in our DACH locations. Main TasksProcess multi-country payroll, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and tax regulationsManage administrative and payroll activities throughout the employee life cycle from hiring to exit in line with labour law regulations and internal policiesPrepare the monthly payroll in close collaboration with the external providerEnsure maintenance of employee data as well as personnel files to ensure the correct elaboration of monthly HR reportingYour ProfileAt least 3 years of experience in Admin & Payroll preferably in an international environmentGood knowledge of labour practices and law, income tax and social securityFluent in German and EnglishProactive, reliable and solution-oriented team playerExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailEmphaty, strong communication and relational skillsWhat We OfferPermanent term contractDedicated discount on our productsFlexible working hours, home office possible
