We are looking for anAdmin & Payroll Specialist - German speakingto join our dynamic HR Team in Milan.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees in our DACH locations.

Main Tasks Process multi-country payroll, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations Manage administrative and payroll activities throughout the employee life cycle from hiring to exit in line with labour law regulations and internal policies Prepare the monthly payroll in close collaboration with the external provider Ensure maintenance of employee data as well as personnel files to ensure the correct elaboration of monthly HR reporting Your Profile At least 3 years of experience in Admin & Payroll preferably in an international environment Good knowledge of labour practices and law, income tax and social security Fluent in German and English Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented team player Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Emphaty, strong communication and relational skills What We Offer Permanent term contract Dedicated discount on our products Flexible working hours, home office possible
