In your role as Business Sales Support you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales force of Agilent's Chromatography Consumables team for the southern district (Italy, Spain and France). Your key responsibilities will be:Managing reporting to support the sales teamUpdating database with accurate informationCreating presentations and reportsCoordinating with cross-functional teamsChecking accuracy of information on timekeeping systems of sales team colleaguesChecking and updating customer listsUpdating Teams channel and SharepointOperational support to Divisional Vice PresidentQualificationsWe are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:Good knowledge of EnglishFamiliarity with the use of the office package, in particular ExcelStrong organisational skillsAptitude for project managementAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAgilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
