Admin/Hr Assistant
In need of a multi-hatted assistant for our Hub in Palermo.
**Requirements**:
We are looking for a passionate, empathic and smiling person who will complete our team and will be able to work in an autonomous and enthusiastic way.
- Location: in Palermo (Italy) - our office is located in the city centre, 3 min from the Politeama
- Full-time job (100%) on site
- Ability to self-organise, managing multiple tasks
- Experience in HR/ accounting and administrative support specialized for Italy
- Minimum of 5 years experience in administrative roles
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite
- Soft skills : dynamic, curious, desire to learn, autonomous, proactive, sociable
- Solution and service oriented
- Occasional business trips (max.
2 times a year)
- Good level in English required and French is a big advantage
