Administration & Sales Support
Position description
- Manage the administrative activities related to the operations of Ribbon team activities in Italy.
- Support the sales manager with" none sales" tasks such as CRM tools entries and updates, cold calls to possible prospects, setting up meetings for the sales team, consistent monitoring of tenders in public domains and more.
- Support local project management related activities and tasks facing the customers and facing the back office entities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Interface with customers & channels/partners about deliveries scheduling, customer payments, invoices delivery incl. follow up.
- Support the sales manager and the sales team during working on a response to tenders.
- Support HQ based entities such as legal, finance, supply chain regarding customer related activities, tenders' response, project sync' facing the end customers etc.
- Support and assist the sales manager in CRM new entries, follow up and updates.
- Manage the administration actions related to Ribbon local office incl. supplies, interface with the landlord etc.
- Support the sales team in sales support activities, as needed, Including closure of new local business and local partner contracts.
- Manage the administrative actions related to Ribbon marketing and sales promotional events in Italy.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent English.
- Flexible work hours.
- Basic knowledge of office tools (excel, word, PPT etc).
Others
- Ability to travel abroad when and if requested.
