Administration & Treasury Manager
We are looking for an Administration & Treasury Manager to join our Finance team at the Holding Company of Bolton, based in Milan.
How you make the difference Every day you will lead several transactions, contribute to increase the accounting accuracy, supervise the work of team members and manage interactions with internal and external counterparties.
How your agenda looks like: Provide and review general accounting records (salaries, month/year end accruals, etc.
)Manage F24 and suppliers paymentPreparation of auditors documentsRecord and analysis of financial investmentsReporting packageStatutory financial statementProvide monthly closure and reportingReview active and passive invoicing and VAT entriesCollaborate and support the junior member of the team in the daily activitiesYour team: Directly reporting to the Administration & Compliance Manager, you will be a supervisor in a small and supportive team.
The role doesn't include direct reports.
What makes you a great fit: Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related fieldVery strong accounting skills, a keen eye for detail and ability to stick to time constraintsWork Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Accounting roleTechnical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
