Job Description:

For our Business Unit Transformers based in Monselice we are looking for an Administration and Accounting Specialist who will perform work associated with both import and export administration.

Your responsibilities:Issuing, recording, and filing invoices (account receivable);Managing the entire invoicing cycle, from preparation to dispatch, ensuring compliance with current tax regulations;Monitoring payment deadlines and managing payment reminders;Reconciling invoices with accounting records and verifying received payments;Collaborating with the accounting department for monthly and annual closures;Preparing financial reports related to invoicing;Handling communications with clients and suppliers regarding invoicing issues;Supporting general administrative activities, such as document filing and managing correspondence;Support the post-implentation phase of SAP S/4HANA. Your background:Degree in Economics;Excellent knowledge of Italian and English;Good knowledge of Excel and SAP ERP;Knowledge of VAT rules with reference of goods and services sold to Italian/European/Extraeuropean customers;Experience in invoicing to customers for goods sold or services offered;Experience in analyzing accounting data and postings;Precision and attention in managing financial data;In&out logistics coordination is a plus.
