Job Description:

For our Business Unit Transformers based in Monselice we are looking for an Administration and Accounting Specialist who will perform work associated with both import and export administration.

Your responsibilities: Issuing, recording, and filing invoices ( account receivable );

Managing the entire invoicing cycle, from preparation to dispatch, ensuring compliance with current tax regulations;

Monitoring payment deadlines and managing payment reminders;

Reconciling invoices with accounting records and verifying received payments;

Collaborating with the accounting department for monthly and annual closures;

Preparing financial reports related to invoicing;

Handling communications with clients and suppliers regarding invoicing issues;

Supporting general administrative activities, such as document filing and managing correspondence;

Support the post-implentation phase of SAP S/4HANA.

Your background: Degree in Economics ;

Excellent knowledge of Italian and English ;

Good knowledge of Excel and SAP ERP ;

Knowledge of VAT rules with reference of goods and services sold to Italian/European/Extraeuropean customers;

Experience in invoicing to customers for goods sold or services offered;

Experience in analyzing accounting data and postings;

Precision and attention in managing financial data;

In&out logistics coordination is a plus.
