**Who we are looking for**:

As an Administration and Tender Intern you will become a maestro in orchestrating both financial and administrative tasks in a dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to interact with different stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to grow alongside the Administration & Finance team, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

We envision a long-term path of training and growth for the role.

**Few examples of responsibilities**:

- Support in management and contractual compilation for Tenders;

- Monitor payments and deadlines, handle deposits, and potentially manage communications, reminders, and credit recovery.

- Handling communication and mediating with lawyers and external collaborators/consultants;

- Supporting the collection of monthly invoices and organizing and distributing documents systematically.

**Ideal Background**:

- Degree in the Economic field

- Italian Language proficiency is mandatory (C1)

- English Language proficiency (B2/C1)

- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft office package (particularly Excel and Power Point)

- Analytical approach and passion to work with numbers
