Administration Back office Staff COMER represents HANBELL providing high-quality screw compressor products to her customers, is located in the province of Varese Italy - the center of the RHVAC industry in Europe.

To support the quick business growth and provide the best service to our customers, we are looking for a candidate as a Administration Back office Staff who is willing to grow with the COMER family.

He/She will be under the administration officer and will provide the highest standards of direct assistance and support to the whole office.

Responsibilities The role will be focused on the activities listed below, but not limited to:

Control and register invoices of suppliers/customersSupporting the sales office with export issues related to invoices or documentsProduce/Control/Send Electronic Invoices xml filesManage petty cashSupport in managing and coordinating internal and external communicationRegister and maintain assets dataAssist the General Manager with office issuesRequirements Professional experience in a similar position (2 years)Bachelor degree or equivalent;Italian and English (fluent);Full professional proficiency with Excel;Good knowledge of computer tools;Proactive approach, and high degree of autonomy;Well organizational and communication skills;Time management and ability to identify priorities;Accuracy, attention to details and problem solving;Confidentiality and discretion;Ability to work under pressure. Contract Type: Full-time
