Administration, Controlling, Finance Coordinator
Our client company is an Energy Company, which over the years has become a leading developer and operator of photovoltaic and wind turbine projects.
The company has over 1. 800 MW of operating assets under management in several countries across Europe and has been increasing its presence throughout the Southern European market, including Italy.
Due to rapid development and presence in new markets, we are currently looking for an Administration and Finance Coordinator for our Italian operations.
**Posizione**:
**Administration and Finance Coordinator
Based in Milan, the role will and report to the Portuguese Competence Centre and work in close relationship with the Head of Business Development for Italy.
The role will provide 360 degrees support to the business, covering a broad number of administrative, controlling and financial tasks supporting both the Italian subsidiary and all the SPVs, including but not limited to:
Administration & Controlling
- Yearly budget drafting and monthly budget control
- Bookkeeping (includes working in close relationship with HQ & the Italian office to support implementation of the firm's new accounting system)
- Preparation of the monthly financial statements and annual reports (balance sheet, income statement and other reports)
- Tax calculation and filling with the Italian authorities (Income tax return, annual VAT return, withholding tax return, etc)
- Insurance
- Preparation of other ad hoc reports as requested by the Business
- Projects' cost control and analysis
- Treasury, Payments and Invoices' processing
- Credit card and bank reconciliation
- Link with external firm regarding payroll and other outsourced tasks
Financial
- Cash flow forecast
- Financial analysis of wind and solar projects / opportunities (supporting acquisition and organic development)
Secretarial Support
- Responsible for Archiving of Documents on Firm's Digital and Physical Archives
- Travel administrative and logistic support
- Reimbursement expenses' sheet preparation/administration
- Support:
- preparation of presentations & other ad hoc documents
- Solar & wind reports' analysis and summary
Country website update with local content
**Requisiti**:
- University degree in Economics, Management, Finance or Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant
- Fluency in English
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting and tax compliance for at least four years
- Solid knowledge in financial, accounting and strategic analysis
- MSOffice tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word), Navision and Dynamics proficiency
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Very high versatility (from performing the most basic administrative task to the skilled use of a complex financial model)
Furthermore, you could have experience/skills in:
- Office management
- Similar role in the Renewable Energies' field
- Written and oral communication in other languages
- Working in an international company headquartered out of Italy.
