Precision in Documentation: Prepare contracts and sales documents with impeccable attention to detail.
Compliance Guidance: Train and advise the sales team on maintaining compliance standards in documentation.
Office Administration: Provide full support to the Sales Manager, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry and the protection of customer and guest information with strict confidentiality.
Analytical Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily sales reports, offering valuable insights for strategic planning.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the corporate office and various departments to facilitate effective communication.
