What you will do
Operational coordination Manager of a complex Administration Department, related to different Italian subsidiaries, characterized by different Group roles: Financial Holding managing investments and treasury matters; Operating Company - including producing activities so factory related matters; After Sales activities.
Coordination and training of junior and senior resources and Share Service Center colleagues, high daily interaction with all Company Departments and daily interaction with external consultants (Auditors, Organismo di Vigilanza for 231 matters).
Main activities:
- Assessing accuracy of accounting data with regards all financial statements areas;
- Accounting of M&A
- ERP Migrations
- Monthly, Quarterly and annual Group Reporting activities and Statutory Financial Statements too (ITA GAAP + IFRS)
- Internal control tasks (SOX and 231)
- Prepare journal entries up to full drafting, coordinating 5-10 resources directly reporting to him/her and interacting with his/her direct managers, of a complete financial statement;
- Good knowledge of payroll matters in order to grant a full interaction with HR department on payroll matters;
- Interaction with external actors, from consultants to tax authorities, if / when requested;
- Good knowledge of nation tax requirements to prepare periodic returns (F24) and cooperate with tax resources in other returns.
What you need to succeed
- Degree in Economics
- at least 5-8 years in accounting and/or audit consultancy + 5 years in similar roles in multinational Groups managing industrial business
- English Fluent
- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Very Good knowledge of SAP ERP (possibly S4Hana) and possibly Hyperion "Verticals" too
- Results oriented, high predisposition to analysis and problem solving
- Excellent Team builder and player
- Availability to travel (not frequently requested but possible, including Far East - China)
