We are currently seeking a welcoming and organised Administration Officer to provide support to the management team at Bethanie Como on a permanent part time basis.
Bethanie Como is a 99 bed suite home that provides the full range of aged care services including dementia support, palliative care and respite services.

The role of Administration Officer offers diversity in daily tasks and lots of challenges, therefore we are looking for a well-rounded individual with a passion for customer service and a 'can do' attitude.
You will have highly tuned administration skills along with a genuine interest in the aged care industry.
In this role, you will assess a variety of visitors' needs and direct them to the appropriate channels in a professional and efficient manner.
This position is being offered on a permanent part time basis, working 26. 25 hours a week.
The roster pattern is as follows:
Week 1: Mon - Wed (9am - 5pm)
Week 2: Tues, Wed, Sat and Sun (9am - 5pm)
About You Demonstrated experience within a busy administrative position, ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar environment, with understanding of financial management databases and payroll / rostering systems an advantageHigh level of attention to detail, with the ability to learn new processes and software quicklyStrong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and report writing skillsAbility to work autonomously, as well as part of a teamWillingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie GroupWillingness to obtain relevant vaccinationsCurrent National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)The Role Provide a customer-focused service for employees, residents, visitors and suppliersAssist in the collection and recording of resident information related to admissionsPrepare and maintain admission and information packsAssist in management of payroll, rostering and accounts receivable / payable processingAssist with enquiries from families in regards to residentsBe the face of Bethanie Gwelup Aged Care Home and promote the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie GroupOther administrative duties as requiredWorking with Bethanie
