**Your Role and Responsibilities
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative management:
- Contract's administration management in coordination with key Stakeholders (i. e.
due dates, Payments/Invoices schedules, Contracts Archiving).
- Document the procurement process
- Create Internal Purchase Orders (PO) for each required service, monitoring and performing related good receipts
- Budget updates.
Monthly analysis Actual vs Budget for the department and suppliers; support the Budget sessions preparation and explain actual, forecast and budget variances.
- Collaborate and propose process improvement in the budget, cost controlling and overall, in the administrative management of operations.
- Preparation of a Monthly Report on Admin and controlling activities to be shared with relevant stakeholders.
The Report will include relevant kpi's and a budget analysis.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Graduate in Economics or Business Administration
- Familiarity with Media, Communication or Digital processes will be highly preferred
- Fluent in English;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel/Office365/Power Point
- Accuracy in data entry, contract management, plan tasks and deadlines meeting.
- A collaborative, solution focused approach
- Strong written and communication skills
- Economic Background (preferebly University Degree)
Previous experience in adminitrative roles
Strong Excell and PowerPoint know how
