**Job Description**:

For our administrative office we are looking for a resource who will have to carry out the following activities:

- **Transfer Price and National Document**: annual processing of the National Document regarding all transactions carried out by the Company at Transfer Price and related processing of all supporting reports and attachments.

- **Permanent Establishment**: tax and legal obligations relating to the Company's Permanent Establishments, in collaboration with the group's tax authorities.

- **Intercompany contracts**: formalization of specific agreements between the Company and the other companies of the group, based on the various existing business models and in compliance with the tax regulations on the group transfer price.

- **Proxies and internal proxies**: updating, issuing or revocation the proxies and internal proxies for all corporate functions and the relative specimen list, based on the indications received from the function manager and aligned with the relevant central directives;

- **Financial statements**: support for the preparation of the reporting package concerning the company's IFRS financial statements.

- **Updates on Open Work tools**: verification of cost centers and personnel insertion/termination forms;

**Internal audit**:

- Support for the performance of company internal controls (Monitoring Procedures) and compilation of the reference reports in the specific "COMFORT" tool;

- Periodic update on the main reference procedures of the entity, in order to ensure that controls are carried out correctly and aligned;

- Support to the controlled functions in the identification and implementation of corrective measures to remove any deficiencies found during the performance of the controls.

- Support in the development of specific analyzes on other issues within the authority's competence.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent knowledge of the main IT tools (MS Office);

- Good knowledge of the English language;

- Good knowledge of tax legislation on group transfer prices;

- Knowledge of statutory and IFRS accounting principles underlying the preparation of the financial statements;

- Predisposition for teamwork, for exchange and sharing with other collaborators and for the establishment of an international network with the functions of the other group companies;

- Flexibility and meeting deadlines.
