Panoramica Publicis Media is looking for an Administration Intern for its Rome office!

Responsabilità Your to-do list:

Support the Investment Team in the coordination of activities between Media Controller Team (10 people located in India/Mauritius) and Local Media Agencies.

Based on monthly digital media spend, ensure proper costs uploading in the administrative invoicing tool.

Create and process work orders on the invoicing tool, associating detailed supplier cost.

Download media spending reports by client from tech platforms.

Identify detailed cost structure.

Manage large Excel databases, providing detailed reports by client and supplier.

Develop and maintain weekly/monthly reporting on Programmatic investments for internal and intercompany purposes.

Help create policies and procedures to ensure proper alignment between Media Agencies, Administration, Finance, and PMX.

Qualifiche If in your past experience:

Master Degree in Business Administration Good knowledge of Excel Great analytical thinking skills Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) If you are:

Detail-oriented Organized and able to multi-task Attentive to high-quality and accurate work Able to communicate effectively with colleagues from various teams Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, balancing multiple priorities Passionate about numerical analysis.
