**Administrative Assistant
The role requires a diverse skill set, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to interact with client and colleagues.
We're looking for a pro-active, motivated individual who is passionate about delivering the best results and achieving our goals of Safety, Service and Solutions.
**Qualifications**:
**What You Will Need
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 0? 2 years of previous related experience
- Knowledge of:
- Class Regulations and Class Notations, IMO Conventions, MSC/Circulars, MEPC Circulars, Important Flag state requirements, IACS UR/UIs
- Strong MS Office experience, such as word processing and spreadsheet creation
- Proficient clerical skills such as file maintenance, record keeping and office equipment use.
- Excellent arithmetic abilities.
- Good interpersonal, professional and communications skills for use in person, writing and in telephone conversations.
- Needs to be familiar with the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System
- Proficient in English language.
- Valid right to work in the country.
