**» What the job is all about
We're looking for an Administrator to play a key part in supporting our operations within Italy.
You will play a crucial role in providing support to the team in areas such as Office Management and Personnel Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
**» Day to Day
Your Key Duties will include:
- General office administration;
- Assist with HR duties including filing and maintenance of personnel information and assisting with induction and enrolment for new starters;
- Consolidating payroll data (using the Time Management internal system) to forward to external Payroll providers;
- Individual ad hoc projects in response to changing needs of the business.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
**» What we need from you
- Excellent communication and administration skills performed with a high level of attention to detail;
- Familiarity with Italian labour laws.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise own workload;
- Preferred>1 years experience in similar position;
- Ability to perform tasks under pressure and balance many tasks simultaneously;
- Friendly, approachable attitude and strong teamwork skills;
- Desire to learn and grow with Hawk-Eye, and motivation to get stuck in with new projects;
- Flexibility and adaptability - the responsibilities and priorities for this role change on a weekly or sometimes daily basis;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Documents (Word, Excel, Docs, Sheets etc);
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- An avid Sports Fan!
