We are currently looking for an _**Administrative Assistant Intern**_to join our Design Center in Milan.

MAIN TASKS:

- Manage accounting and reimbursement process in Oracle

- Manage vendor registration and communication (invoicing)

- Support budgeting and forecast process

- Support in organization of events and meetings

- Manage the day to day admin for the fleet of company cars, mobile phones, office and local procurements

- Book travel for local staff and occasionally for visiting staff (flights, trains, hotels, visa. . . )

SKILLS:

- **Fluent in English and Chinese**, both written and spoken

- Proficiency in excel and powerpoint

- Administrative skills

- Proactive attitude

- Confidentiality and flexibility

- Strong motivation for the role of assistant/back office.
