As an Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative support to a team and to managers, acting as liaison with their respective departments, involved in specific projects under appropriate supervision.

Please note that this opportunity is a maternity cover with a fixed term contract for about 5-6 months.

There is a possibility for extension, however at this stage it cannot be guaranteed.

Main responsibilities: Plan and organize managers/team business trips; schedule meetings; coordinate events and larger meetings; arrange logistics for visitors Filing distribution and administration of internal documents; handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications Use specific company programs and processes to accomplish daily tasks Communicate issues proactively and effectively Take appropriate actions to resolve issues in area of responsibility Minutes writing and distribution Communicate and liaise with other local and global functions, and external organizations Responsible for office supply and purchase order requisitions Assist with the preparation of documents and presentations Basic Qualifications & Skills: University degree Fluent spoken and written language skills in both Italian and English 2 years of progressive office experience as Administrative Assistant or in a similar role Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to communicate accurately, work independently and effectively prioritize workload Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Flexible, pragmatic, self-disciplined and highly team oriented Ability to work under pressure Ability to generate ideas and opportunities and turn them into successful results What we offer: Fixed Term contract for about 5-6 months in a very Inclusive environment Smart working up to 50% Flexible Benefits Integrative pension fund Employee Assistance Programme Prevention services and vaccination clinic Tax assistance Local nursery agreement Postal service, laundry, shoe repair and tailoring On Site Gym On Site canteens and coffee corners Free company bikes and shuttle Company Healthcare Plan Why GSK?
