Administrative Manager & Assistant To The Ceo
Key Responsibilities: Accounts Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries. Review annual financial statements and reports. Reconcile bank statements, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate financial records. Coordinate with external auditors / accountants and manage the annual audit processFinancial Management: Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for cost savings. Liaise with banksPersonnel Management: Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues. Foster a positive workplace culture and handle conflict resolution as needed. Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management to align financial and personnel strategies with organizational goals. Ensure seamless coordination between accounts, finance, and HR functions. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications are an advantage. Experience: 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and personnel management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e. g. , QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is required.
