EDI is looking for** **Administrative Manager** **to join our creative team.
The Administrative Manager contributes to the administrative and financial management of the company, accounting and budgeting activities, management control, and contacts with banks.
They act as a liaison between administrative staff and the CFO, communicating needs and concerns to address them promptly.
In this role, the Administrative Manager achieves specific financial goals by communicating and providing technical and logístical support to all administrative staff and making necessary workflow adjustments.

Job Responsibilities:_
- FINANCIAL STRATEGY
- Contributes to the development and implementation of the medium-term financial strategy (3 years) with the CFO to ensure proper financing of the company;
- ACCOUNTING AND BUDGETING
- Directly or indirectly manages accounting and tax deadlines;
- Prepares, in coordination with the accountant, the annual budget for approval by the Board of Directors.
- CREDIT MANAGEMENT
- Manages the company's cash flow by forecasting expenses and receipts to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations; follows up on customer payments and ensures all necessary documentation is provided.
- Manages the payment schedule to suppliers and plans them according to available liquidity.
- MANAGEMENT CONTROL AND REPORTING
- Automates a monthly reporting system to provide necessary information to company management using Google slides/sheets;
- Prompts and obtains necessary information from various company departments, verifying them and requesting further clarification if needed.
- PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION
- Ensures all necessary documentation for hiring, managing, and terminating employees is present, correct, and in possession of the relevant parties (labor consultant, employees);
- SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
- Reviews quotes from major suppliers, negotiating directly if necessary.
Gets them approved by the administrative and financial manager;
- Ensures direct management of some suppliers;
- Checks supplier invoices, seeking approval from colleagues if necessary.
- TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Creates and maintains an efficient, united, motivated team, strengthening skills, team spirit, personal satisfaction, organization, additional resources (freelancers) by providing own resources (time, people, knowledge, experience, tools);
- Supports them where necessary in achieving their goals, intervenes if performance is inadequate;
- Promotes the company's values, representing and upholding them in daily activities.
Previous Work Experience and Education
- Degree in economics or finance and accounting (plus a master's in these fields);
- At least 5-6 years of experience in administration, accounting, management control, finance.
**Requisiti**:
- Vision and analytical and forecasting skills;
- Attention to detail, monitoring;
- Experience in accounting management in the Entertainment Industry: former enpals, Tax Credit;
- English language proficiency level B1;
- Documented computer skills: Zucchetti Gestionale 1, Advanced Excel (Pivot and Macro), Google Sheets;
- Excellent communication skills, time management, ability to work under pressure.
