For the Mantua headquarters we are looking for: Administrative Manager Duties
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the Administrative Office Supervise the passive cycle Prepare and verify accounting entries aimed at drawing up monthly and annual balance sheets Prepare periodic reporting for clients Verify the correct management of asset accounts Manage tax and fiscal deadlines with the support of external consultants Requirements:
At least 4 years' experience in roles of responsibility in administrative accounting management, preferably in structured companies or auditing firms Diploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Economics Excellent knowledge of the Office package, specifically Excel Fluent knowledge of the English language Autonomy in managing accounting up to the balance sheet Knowledge of the Navision system and the IAS/IFRS international accounting principles will be considered a plus Organizational and work planning skills in compliance with deadlines Precision and accuracy Clear and effective communication Location and type of work: The activity is intended to be in person.
Contract type: Full-time, permanent, classification based on the CCNL of commerce.
