Administrative Officer
Aresys is looking for an " Administrative Officer " to join and expand its FINANCE area.
The selected candidate, reporting directly to the CFO, will be responsible for financial and administrative tasks , including the preparation of financial statements, management of analytical accounting for project-based activities, monitoring of the accounts payable and receivable cycles and handling of purchase orders and company contracts.
Main tasks and responsibilities:Prepare the pre-tax financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Manage analytical accounting systems for project-based business operations. Monitor the accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. Supervise and manage company contracts, supporting their preparation, review, and archiving. Handle general administrative tasks related to company operations. Handle the purchase order process, from request to supplier management and documentation. Collaborate with internal departments to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes. Education and experience:BSc in Economics (MSc is a plus). At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an administrative or financial department. Experience with project-based cost accounting and analytical accounting systems. Specific skills: Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles. Ability to analyze and monitor financial transactions, including purchasing and supplier payments. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Zucchetti Ad-hoc Revolution preferred). Fluent in English, both spoken and written. We offer:Competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.
