Luxsense is part of RC Group, an international leader in luxury retail solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Project Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury retail sector, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-material projects from conception to completion.

As Project Manager, you will lead a range of projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, budget, and timelines while maintaining strong client relationships.

This full-time position is based in Milan.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management :Lead the full lifecycle of window displays, retail animations, and popup projects for luxury brands, from briefing to execution. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure alignment with their brand vision and technical specifications. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget. Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the highest standards of design, craftsmanship, and delivery. Supervise the installation process to guarantee flawless execution on-site. Create the client invoice.

Supplier & Vendor Management :Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery of high-quality materials. Oversee the prototyping and production phases, conducting quality checks and site visits as needed. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production or installation to avoid delays or budget overruns. Create the suppliers POs

Client Communication & Satisfaction :Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Ensure all projects adhere to client specifications and uphold the luxury standards associated with their brand. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, with a focus on repeat business and client satisfaction.

Required/Preferred Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Design, or related field. 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the luxury retail, visual merchandising, or event production sectors. Strong understanding of window display and popup production processes, materials, and techniques. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages such as French are a plus. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
