Thorn SDS are looking for a Administrator with strong project administration skills to join our niche team based on a client site in Farnborough, Hampshire.

This is a hands-on role, working on a specialist communications project.

If you are looking to develop a career in IT Engineering and/or Project Management, this is the role for you!

**The role : -

We are looking for a pro-active administrator to support our team of IT Engineers.

The role is varied so you will need to enjoy the challenge prioritising your workload to meet the needs of our operational project.

We mainly use EXCEL to forecast and record our stock, project plans, operational tasks and general administration.

A basic knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL and WORD is essential, but training will be available to ensure that you have the skill level for this role.

An understanding of project administration and/or an operational environment would be desirable, but a willingness to learn, and develop, is more important to our team and the culture of our organisation.

**This roles requires Security Clearance

**Working patterns

Our offices are open between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, and there is flexibility to work within these hours.

This role is permanent and full-time.

Given the nature of the role, you will be required to work from our offices.
