ProfileAdministrator assisting with facilities admin tasks, finance queries, and chasing, based in Theale, but Portugal (ideally Porto) or Munich are also possible.
Main RequirementsThey need to have the following skills: Very good or excellent German and English language skills, written, reading, and spoken. Other languages are advantageous. Good IT skills with Microsoft Office products, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Experience speaking to external persons like vendors & landlords, as well as internal staff & service partners. Ability to speak confidently to people and work under their own initiative, with support available remotely from the Places team members. Assist with finance queries, chasing our finance team with invoice queries and other related matters. Help to onboard vendors, gathering key information and copying documents to complete the onboarding process. Assist with high-level translation of documents (German) to aid understanding by non-German speakers. Assist with other administrative tasks as directed.
