Administrator
Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Solenis in Busnago, Italy.
The Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, supporting various administrative functions, and ensuring smooth communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements Key Responsibilities : Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for employees.
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
Assist in the preparation and management of office budgets and expenses.
Process and maintain records for invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
Ensure efficient office operations by maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Collaborate with various departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Assist with the onboarding of new employees and other HR-related tasks as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Benefits Qualifications : Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Problem-solving attitude and proactive in identifying improvements.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Previous experience in a corporate or industrial environment is a plus.
